Bali Retreat
Saturday 30th May till Saturday 6th June 2026
It's all about getting BALANCE
Because balance isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
For many professional women, the greatest challenge isn’t ambition or capability — it’s balance.
The constant pull between work, family, expectations, hormones, leadership, and simply being everything to everyone can leave even the most capable women feeling exhausted, isolated, and overwhelmed. Too often, we’re so busy performing that we forget to properly look after ourselves.
This retreat was created to change that.
The Women in Business .World Bali Retreat is not about hustling harder or cramming in more information. It’s about creating space — to breathe, reflect, reconnect, and reset — while being surrounded by women who truly get it.
Many of us have attended conferences and workshops where the most valuable insights didn’t happen in the formal sessions…
They happened
over lunch, at dinner, by the pool, or during those honest conversations late into the evening.
That’s the heart of this retreat.
A powerful, intimate experience
This experience is intentionally small — just 8 to 14 women.
You may own a business, lead a team, or work within an organisation — but you share the lived experience of being a professional woman navigating modern life. The pressure to perform, to provide, to succeed — often while managing families, relationships, societal expectations, the gender pay gap, and the outdated attitudes that still exist in many industries.
Layer on top the physical and emotional realities of puberty, pregnancy, post-birth, perimenopause, and menopause — and it’s honestly remarkable what women achieve every single day.
Yet despite this, many women still feel alone.
Women in Business .World exists to change that.
To provide genuine support, meaningful connection, and a sense of belonging — without judgement, competition, or pressure.
The balance we all crave
Trying to create balance in Bali was no small task — there’s simply too much to experience. But this carefully curated 7-day itinerary blends:
- 🌿 Restoration & self-care
- 🌊 Adventure & challenge
- 🧘♀️ Reflection & wellbeing
- 🍷 Laughter, connection & unforgettable experiences
Our intention is simple:
You leave Bali feeling
rested, inspired, deeply connected, and equipped with new perspectives and tools you can actually take home and apply to real life.
